Managing Partner, Joseph Blum was the featured speaker for Lexis Nexis at their national sales meeting in Arizona, this past January. Mr. Blum has been a key driver within Frey Pretrakis to utilize leading edge technology. He recognized early on, that by implementing smart technology solutions, the firm is better able to service their clients' needs more accurately and efficiently. 

   As a decade long client of Time Matters, Mr. Blum was asked to discuss real world experiences on how utilizing technology tools such as Time Matters and Total Practice Advantage have made his firm more productive. 

   Mr. Blum spoke about how these programs allowed him to better analyze workloads to increase productivity amongst support staff; to have partners and associates, no matter where they were, have access to case files and up to the minute information on case status so that there is no delay in communicating with clients; and finally how with the advent of courts allowing electronic filings, that it was critical to utilize programs such as Total Practice Advantage to track electronic correspondence and attachments as carefully as they had tracked paper in the past. 

   Mr. Blum made clear that Deeb Blum Murphy Frishberg & Markovich was not only keeping pace with new advances in technology but also being proactive in working with their technology partners to ensure that they were getting the most out of the solutions they implemented.
