
As an associate at Deeb Blum Murphy Frishberg & Markovich, Ms. Loucks concentrates her practice on commercial litigation. She represents clients in complex business tort and contract disputes, labor and employment matters, financial work-out and collection matters, real estate disputes, and products and premises liability matters. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Loucks served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia A. McInerney in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. While attending law school at Temple University, she served as an intern at the Philadelphia City Solicitor's Office, the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, and the New Jersey Federal Defender's Office. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a technical writer for an engineering firm in Colorado. She received her B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and spent a semester studying internationally in the Semester at Sea program of the University of Pittsburgh.
