
David P. Dean focuses his practice primarily on commercial and tort litigation, representing financial institutions, businesses, government entities, and individuals in matters involving creditors' rights, contract disputes, business torts, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Dean has extensive courtroom experience, coming to Deeb Blum Murphy Frishberg & Markovich from the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where he served as a trial attorney in the felony, juvenile, and misdemeanor domestic violence units. While an assistant public defender, Mr. Dean acted as lead or co-counsel in over twenty-five jury and non-jury trials.
Mr. Dean received a B.A. from Wesleyan University in 1999, and a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2006. At NYU, Mr. Dean served as a notes editor for the NYU Law Review, and participated in the Criminal Appellate Defender Clinic and the Federal Defender Clinic. He was designated as a Florence Allen Scholar, and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Mr. Dean is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and Florida, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
