
Christian C. Mattioli practices in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, employment law, and mass tort litigation. Mr. Mattioli represents commercial lenders and business owners in foreclosure matters, contract disputes, trade secret litigation, regulatory issues, and collection actions in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has prosecuted and defended a wide range of employment-based claims made by individuals, as well as claims made by contractors and subcontractors under state mechanics' lien laws.
During his career, Mr. Mattioli has also represented individual and corporate clients in pharmaceutical and medical malpractice personal injury claims.
Prior to joining Deeb Blum Murphy Frishberg & Markovich, Mr. Mattioli worked for an international law firm in Philadelphia as an associate in the commercial litigation department, where he represented domestic and global clients in both state and federal proceedings. He has successfully managed and resolved numerous complex litigation matters, including the representation of an international manufacturer in a conversion and fraudulent transfer claim, and a local medical university in a claim against a software developer for breach of contract. In addition, Mr. Mattioli has developed expertise in Pennsylvania Orphans' Court practice, as well as claims made under the state's Wage Collection and Payment Law.
A graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law, Mr. Mattioli was the 2006 ABA National Criminal Trial Advocacy Champion, and was named Outstanding Advocate and Best Cross-Examination in the competition. He is actively involved in the community, raising money and awareness for pancreatic cancer research at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, as a member of the board of delegates for the International House of Philadelphia, as well as an adjunct instructor/coach for the Advanced Trial Advocacy Program at Temple Law.
Mr. Mattioli is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
